Lifting improvements
Starting # vs. max (several reps) now
Biceps 15lb, 20lb now
Leg press 175lb, 205lb now
Bench 65lb, 85lb now
Quads leg lift 60lb, 98.5lb now
Squats 45lb, 75lb now
5 weeks of working out 5 days/week, as of tomorrow (10-10-13).
